Segway-Ninebot is a leading Chinese E-mobility brand known for two-wheelers. The brand has committed to solve every challenge of mobility with its more modern e-bikes and e-scooters. And this time the brand has debuted its new e-bike, the Xafari and Xyber aim. This e-bike will surely give more excitement and enthusiasm to the drivers.
Snack Peek Into The Xafari and Xyber
The Xafari is the first offering of the brand. Segway-Ninebot says that this new e-bike will provide riders with SUV-like comforts. This will also come with the front and rear suspension along with an adjustable ergonomics element to cater to riders of varying shapes and sizes. To make it more tech adaptive Segway-Ninebot provided an Active Scene Perception, which automatically adjusts motor assistance depending on road conditions and rider input. Also for making anti-theft it features such as GPS tracing, location-based alarms, and Ninebot’s AirLock tech.
The Xafari is also equipped with many health apps to make it more convenient for daily commuters, also a color display with smart applications keeping riders up to date with pertinent ride stats. A low-step frame and large 913-watt-hour battery pack make it a preferable two-wheeler capable for all-terrain. That is provided by a 750-watt hub motor which makes it capable of riding on difficult terrain with the help of three-inch wide rubber tires.
Next in the platter is the Xyber, featured with a claimed 175 Nm (130 pound-feet) of torque. But the other power specs have to be disclosed as it is more powerful than its sibling. Segway-Ninebot also claims it will go for 95 miles on a single charge, with the provided 1,440 watt-hour battery pack. The Xyber is fitted with a dual-suspension setup and comes in a motorcycle-style double-cradle frame. This powerful two-wheeler is also featured with a moto-inspired long saddle and dual-crown fork.
Till now Segway-Ninebot has revealed that much information and the release of full specs and pricing of the two new models is yet to be remine. However some markets speculate that the Xafari and Xyver are set to hit the US market later in 2024.
