The reporters notes, the PV5 is a sibling to Hyundai’s ST1 that has brand unveiled in March as Staria-based electric ST1.
The Kia’s PV5 will be available in Basic, Van, High Roof, and Chassis Cab Configurations that will also get converted into a Robotaxi for autonomous ride-hailing in the future.
Also all PBV models from the PV7 the largest PBV to the smallest PV1 models all will be built on Kia’s dedicated e-CCPM (Electric Complete Chassis Platform Module) from Hyundai Mobis.

The new factory is set to open next year with an expected capacity of 150,000 units annually and aims to rear output to 300,000 by 2030.
