The market of e-bikes is one of the emerging attention paying, as it is merging with power sports, creating exciting innovations for e-bike enthusiasts. As the line between bicycles and motorcycles are getting overshadowed with the emerging trends and models like Surron, Ubco and others. In the row a notable bike player, QuietKat has launched it’s Apex HD and HD, that seems quite revolutionary.
According to Logan Holtz, “Over the past decade, a majority of issues with all off-road eBikes have centered around two factors: #1 broken or bent derailleurs and #2 snapped chains. The vulnerable position of derailleurs just isn’t conducive to offroad or backcountry use. Those who push their gear to the limit will have encountered challenges with these components.”

Additionally, the Apex HD features two new modes, including Stealth and Climb. Stealth mode is designed for quiet operation, ideal for hunting or residential areas, while Climb mode assists you when you’re towing and getting up larger mountains or hills.
Build Quality, Portability and Durability
QuietKat has equipped the both Apex HD and HD models with a new moto-style suspension system. The inverted KKE Air-Suspension Fork offers are at the front of each bike with 120m of travel, making it easy to tackle rough terrains. However, our new automatic transmission removes both of those failure points. By shifting internally, we no longer need a derailleur, this also allowed us to utilize a moto-style chain which is virtually impossible to break.
