Mini Aceman (Expected: 2024)
Mini is ready to transform its long awaited electric concept into an all electric upcoming Cooper Car series. The new EV Mini Aceman is set to take the place of Clubman, which has experienced a decline in sales over the past few years. Mini’s smallest five-door model will be positioned between the Cooper Hatchback and the Countryman SUV.
Mini is yet to reveal the specification of the car, but we can anticipate that the next generation Mini EV Hatchback will come with an 183-horsepower Cooper with an approximately 40kWh battery. However, the Aceman is expected to feature a larger battery pack, promising extended range for a more satisfying driving experience.
Mini Countryman (Expected: 2024)
The Upcoming electric version of Mini’s compact SUV will not be the brand’s first electric vehicle venture, but surely it will offer some new experience to the owners. This Countryman EV will share the same base as the BMW iX1, currently not available in the U.S. The Mini stated that the Countryman SUV will come in two variants: a single-motor model powered with 188-horsepower and a dual-motor model with a 308- horsepower SE ALL4 version. With a 64.8-kilowatt-hour battery, it is anticipated that the car will achieve a range of approximately 240 miles. It is expected that the Mini will debut it’s Countryman EV in the 2025, coinciding with the release of the new petrol-powered Countryman.
