A Cybertruck owner claims Tesla informed him that it is not currently accepting Cybertruck trade-ins after he attempted to return his vehicle, citing “anti-nazi harassment.”

Recently, Tesla locations have been vandalized with anti-nazi and fascist graffiti following Elon Musk’s involvement in political discussions.

Tesla owners are also experiencing similar incidents. There have been reports of people spray-painting anti-fascism messages on Tesla vehicles or making rude gestures toward Tesla drivers.

EV owners appear to be facing the most backlash, likely because it is Tesla’s most distinctive and newest vehicle, leading many to assume buyers purchased it despite Elon Musk’s recent controversies.

Kumait Jaroje, a cosmetic physician from central Massachusetts, is one such truck owner experiencing this.

He shared on social media and with local news that he and his family have been harassed over his gold-wrapped Cybertruck:

Now, they’re not just waving at me, they’re not just giving me the middle finger. Somebody tried to cut me off while I’m driving with my kids and three guys came out of the car and just pointed the middle finger and started screaming at me.

More recently, he says that someone placed an anti-nazi sticker on his truck:

After his wife expressed concerns about feeling unsafe driving the truck, Jaroje attempted to trade it in at Tesla. However, he claimed that Tesla informed him they are not accepting Cybertruck trade-ins:

He confirmed with the text message that Tesla is not accepting Cybertruck trade-ins at this moment.

We previously reported that Tesla is struggling with excess Cybertruck inventory due to demand challenges.
