The video from YouTuber Varryx captures a Lamborghini test driver leaving the “Porta Sud,” hinting that the sports car manufacturer might be benchmarking Hyundai’s EV.
Lamborghini unveiled the Lanzador in 2023, marking its entry into the fully electric vehicle market. This concept introduces a high-ground-clearance GT with 2+2 seating, essentially a supercar built like an SUV, and is expected to launch in 2029. Hyundai’s IONIQ 5 N has already outperformed a Lamborghini Urus Performance in a drag race (watch the video here), which likely prompted Lamborghini to take notes on the performance of Hyundai’s EV.
