Looking something with your favorite Hyundai, so here is something for you as Hyundai’s electric fast back is getting a update. The new Hyundai IONIQ 6 facelift was spotted with N branding for the first time ahead of it’s official debut.
The IONIQ 6 electric car was launched in July 2022, after the introduction of brand’s electrified lineup of the IONIQ 5. The IONIQ 6 is the Hyundai’s second dedicated EV based on it’s E-GMO platform.
Last month the upgrade IONIQ 6 was spotted for the first time. There we only get the glimpse of EV. But the more recent video from ShortsCar gave us a closer look of the IONIQ 6 facelift. The video was made when the EV was caught testing in Pubic.
However the IONIQ 6 was covered in camo but you get the glimpse of it’s updated front end. Other updated features such as a redesigned headlights, similar to those of the new Hyundai Sonata. Further it is also expected to redesign the font bumper.
It is expected that the updated IONIQ 6 will also come with a bigger battery pack 84 kWh battery like the IONIQ 5 refresh, which was already launched in Korea. Although Hyundai’s IONIQ 6 is already a most energy -efficient EV in the US this year.

Hyundai said that brand will introduced the first N-branded IONIQ6 in September, that will followed by the updated model next May. Also after IONIQ 5 N launched in Korea September 2023, IONIQ 6 will be the brand’s second EV that will enjoy the N treatment.
Hyundai’s IONIQ 6 N will also include “track-ready” features like Race Mode, Lunch control, N Grin Boost, Drift Optimizer and many more. As the IONIQ 5 N offer up to 601 hp and 545 lb-ft of torque for a 0 to 60 mph sprint in just 3 seconds. It is also expected the IONIQ 6 N will likely to top it.
The early launched IONIQ 6 was the Hyundai’s first EV with an over 373-mile (600-km) rating in Korea. Will the new model top 435 miles (700 km)?
