Electric Vehicles are gaining more and more people adoption, day by day. Every single day you are getting the new record breaking news from the Electric vehicle segment. In this row, Audi is also capturing the place with it’s new record.

The fourth quarter of 2023 sales of Audi have increased by 20% year-over-year to 508,600 while the year long total sales counted to 1,895,24. Which is as high as 17.4% to the highest level in a few years. Important to highlight here is that all-electric cars are starting to account for about a tenth of the company’s global sales volume.

In Q4, Audi sold roughly 55,400 all-electric cars, which is a 34% increase year-over-year and created a record 10.9% share in the brand’s total volume. Whereas the brand has sold a total of 118,96 all electric cars around the world, which was about 7.3% of the brand’s total volume.

The spotlight of the show is the Audi’s is the Audi Q4 e-tron, a MES-based lineup of all electric vehicles. Which is an identity known as a direct cousin of the Volkswages ID.4 and ID.5. THe static shows that Audi BEV sales in Q4,2023 rices to 55,400 up 34% that include specifically 7,411 sales up 74% in the United States.

Audi does not provide the sales result for its plug-in hybrid models. Due to that the overall performance of the brand doesn’t conclude.

For it’s making strong hold in the electric market, Audi has presented its all-electric lineup of Audi Q6 e-tron models in the first quarter of 2024, which will join the Q4 and Q8 e-trons. This will be the brand’s first model based on the Volkswagen Group’s new Premium Platform Electric (PPE) system debut for electric model specifically. That could further increase the brands base in the market.
