Honda Prologue (Expected: 2024)
Honda isn’t currently offering a fully electric model in the U.S., but the brand is ready to debut the 2024 Honda Prologue brand’s second EV for U.S. It is a mid-size SUV with an estimated range of 300 miles. The brand is taking the move with the help of GM’s scalable Ultium battery Platform to catch the potential of the American market. While the initial images reveal a sleek design inside and out, the mechanical details are still under wraps. The Honda Prologue offers front-or all-wheel-drive powertrains with an 85.0-kWh battery pack. The brand says that the coming Prologue will be available in three trim levels: EX, Touring and Elite.
BAse model is well-equipped with heated front seats,a power-operated driver’s seat with lumbar adjustments, dual-zone climate control, and a wireless smartphone charger. Further added with memory seat settings, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, 12-speaker Bose sound system with the leather fabric make Touring an attractive look. The Elite is featured with perforated leather in more colors, a heated steering wheel, ventilated front seats and a head-up display.
Further you can also find 11.3 inch touchscreen infotainment system, modern driver assists, 155-kW max charging rate when connected to a DC fast-charger (include an 11.5 -kW home charger or a 7.6-kW portable charging kit) in Prologue. Honda hasn’t released the pricing of the 2024 Prologue, but it is expected to start somewhere between $45,000 and $50,000.
