Excited for New Electric Chrysler Pacifica! The automaker has officially revealed that it will finally launch an eclectic Pacifica minivan. To make it a reality company is working on the clever storage ideas that could make it even more function than Volkswagen’s recently introduced ID.Buzz.
Chrysler is one of the century old automakers that has teased several EV concepts but has not released its first fully electric vehicle. Also earlier this year, the automaker revealed its one new concept – Halcyon Concept. It is a futuristic sports car-like EV drastically different from Chrysler vehicles currently on the road. The Electric Chrysler Pacifica builds on previous concepts, like the Airflow crossover that has been introduced in 2022.
Chrysler’s CEO, Christine Feuell also said that the Halcyon would be brought to life with advanced new tech from parent company Stellantis, sleek new styling, and a software-defined connected cockpit.
Chrysler’s bold new design language will shape its upcoming Electric Chrysler Pacifica model, including the highly anticipated electric Pacifica. Speaking at the LA Auto Show this week, Chrysler CEO Christine Feuell confirmed to Green Car Reports that the Pacifica is set for a major overhaul in 2026. This redesign will pave the way for the first electric Pacifica, expected to debut in 2027.
The CEO also hinted that the upcoming Pacifica Electric Chrysler Pacifica could challenge Volkswagen’s ID.Buzz, the first electric minivan to arrive in the US.
In contrast to the ID.Buzz, which requires seat removal for an open rear space, Chrysler is focusing on more practical solutions. According to CEO Christine Feuell, the company is working on integrating a system similar to its patented Stow ‘N Go Seating, allowing for easy space optimization in the rear without removing seats.
While plans are still in development, one potential solution involves adjustable front seats, allowing the second-row seats to be conveniently stored underneath for a more versatile interior layout.
