On 13 may Chevrolet announced that the production of the 2024 Silverado EV First Edition RST is now underway. There are some specs information related to the brand top of the line 2024 Silverado EV First Edition RST pickup that has been released by the brand.
At the event Chevrolet says it will eventually roll out a suite of Silverado EV trims with a variety of range options. But for now, its starting with the Silverado EV first-Edition RST with a price tag of MSRP of $94,500 plus $1,995 DFC. Buyers also have the option to choose black or white exterior with a black interior. And the delivery of the EV are expected to begin by mid-2024.

Power, Performance and Specs
The Silverado EV’s First-Edition RST boasts impressive specs including a GM-estimated 754 horsepower and 785 lb-ft of torque. It is also capable of going 0 to 60 mph in just 4.5 seconds. Further the new has an impressive 440 miles of range from the previous 400 miles estimates. That makes it to outshine among the other long range competitors including Ford Lightning (320-miles) and Rivina R1T (315-miles). With towing capacity of up to 10,000lbs, and a payload of 1,300 lbs.
It also features a Multi-Flex Midget that increases the pickup’s storage capacity when it’s dropped down. Especially when painted with the Multi-Flex Tailgate that increases the storage capacity from 5 feet 11-inch to 10 feet-inch.
For Charging, the luxury electric pickup trucks equipped with DC fast charging capability of up to 350 kW, with GM-estimated range of 100 miles chagrin in just 10 minutes. A complementary bidirectional Level 2 GM Energy Powershift wall charger with a 19.2 kW power rating is offered to the First-Edition RST reservation holders.
Electric pickup also has a standard feature of 4-wheel steer, 24-inch wheels and GM’s Four-corner Air Ride Adaptive Suspension Technology, that promises a comfortable and agile ride. Safety features include Chevy Safety Assist and Super Cruise with trailering capability.
Inside the 2024 Silverado EV is a 17-inch LCD display paired with an 11-inch driver information display, and 14-inch Head-Up display with Google built-in technology providing cutting-edge connectivity with a fixed-glass roof.
