China’s leading EV automaker BYD has now coming with it’s new Denza Z9 GT, a new rival in the luxury automakers market include Porsche and BMW. BYD’s Denza brands unveils the Z9GT at the Beijing Auto Show in April.
The flagship model Denza GT has join the lineup of electric vehicles. It announced the plans to launch it’s eight new vehicles by 2026.Following the D9 MPV, N7 and N8. Denza announced that Denza’s flagship Z9 GT will officially debut on August 20.
The new Denza Z9 GT size will features 5,180 mm long, 1,990 mm wide and 1,500 mm tall similar to the Porsche Panamera GTS’s 5,053 mm long, 1,937 mm wide and 1,417 mm tall.
The coming EV is built on the BYD’s new e-Platform 3.0, feature three motors providing nearly 1,000 hp. It enable an impressive acceleration of 0 to 62 mph (0 to 100 km/h) in just 3 seconds.
The interior of the EV is also expected to come with a three-screen setup with individual driver, infotainment, and a passenger displays just like the N7
Denza also announced that Z9 GT models are already arriving at dealerships in preparation for their upcoming launch. Pre-sale prices and official spaces are expected to be revealed on August 20.
In the aim of brand expended BYD has just launched the updated 2025 Seal EV on Thursday. BYD launch this EV as the rival of Tesla Model 3 with added LiDAR and other features. With pricing at under $25,000, which is undercuts the Model 3 prices by nearly $10,000 in China.
