On Thursday, Toyota has launched it’s new all-electric Proace Verso and smaller Proace City Verso MPV. Known “Power to the people carriers,” Toyota boasted the coming EVs after launching its new mid-size and compact multi-purpose vehicles in the UK. Both are the brands newly offered people carriers with more range, tech and style.
The electric vans comes with a bigger battery and upgrades features and a new design. Toyota also disclosed the new electric people movers went on sale this week ahead of expected deliveries in September.
Feature and Specs
The larger Proace Verso come with a new 75 kWh battery pack an upgraded older 50 kWh one. This larger pack offers the Proace Verso’s range form 143 to 214 miles according to WLTP range estimate. And charges quickly from 10% to 80% in up to 45 minutes.
Also the larger Proace Verso is available in two sizes: L1 (4,983 mm) and L2 (5,333 mm). The L1 model is a Icon and Design trims that offers a single front seat and three seats in the second and third rows. Whereas the Icon 2 is a nine-seal version come with a single seat and a bench.
The luxurious Excel model with seven seats offers more space in the second row which also includes two individual captains seats and a lounge table. Along with the fabulous interiors features a dual 10-inchs driver display and navigation. That is also capable of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration.
Toyota’s smaller Proace City Verso has a battery pack of 50 kWh, which boost up to 213 miles of WLTP range. And also have two size:- L1 (4,401 mm) and L2 (4,750 mm). It is also available in Icon and Design models with a smilier dual 10-inches display and navigation screens.
Another great news is that Toyota has also offering a free Home Charge wallbox charger and installation for new Proace Verso EV and Proace City EV buyers until September 30. But the condition is that the vehicle must be registered before December 31.
