Recent glimpses of the Canoo’s robust American Bulldog electric electric pickup from the testing event raise the hope among the fans as the work is in progress. The pickup was spotted near the OKC manufacturing facility where the testing is conducted by the EV startup.
Debuting in 2021, Canon has introduced the American Bulldog electric pickup earlier in November, claiming it’s “woven into the American spirit” with iron and grit. This is an civilian, unarmored, double-cap version of the Screaming Eagle Light Tactical Vehicle Canoo delivered to the U.S. Army in 2022 for testing.
Like the American Bulldog, this vehicle is loyal and courageous. It’s woven into the American spirit and reflects this country’s innovation.” He further added, “When we say- ‘Made in America,’ we mean it.”

Released image of the pickup showed many features like a light bar across the front to look cool, elevated, extended fender flares providing fender flares proves little more room between wheel and cab that make the wheel on the LTV, wrapped in taller tires. Further as we all know Canoo’s previously listed truck comes with a dual-motor AWD drivetrain that combined provides 600 horsepower and an estimated range of 200-mile from the 80-kilowatt-hour battery.

Also according to the Canoo, the electric truck “performs like a battleship” with its rugged design. In the introducing video the new EV Canoo compared the American Bulldog’s ‘Strength’ and ‘Determination’ to American workers, similar to a classic Ford F-150 or Chevy Silverado ad.
Although the company has previously delivered its vehicle models to the U.S. Army, NASA, and the State of Oklahoma for the testing. But Canoo is also progressing with the delivery of its commercial electric van last month. Among them, the company had 9,300 binding orders from Kingbee in November along with the deals from Walmart, Zeeba and others.
Aquila also explained, “The multi-purpose platform with steer-by-wire technology and a unique low-profile suspension system of the brand allows for a readily configurable right-hand drive system while maintaining desired roll and ride stability.”
